Yes, our office is open. Our Drs. & staff are adhering to the CDC precautionary guidelines for safety during this period. Meet the Doctors

Dr. Deborah Spraul Myles

debbieDr. Myles started at Lindenwood College in 1979 studying political science and quickly changed to pre-chiropractic. She entered Logan College of Chiropractic in 1981 and graduated with a BS degree in Human Biology in 1982. She then graduated from Logan College in 1984 with a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. She opened Chiropractic Center of St. Peters in 1984 and now has been in practice for almost 32 years. Dr. Myles married Patrick Myles in 1988 and has 2 sons, Bobby and Brian Myles.

rickI attending the University of Missouri St. Louis prior to entering Logan Chiropractic College where I graduated in 1973. I have been practicing Chiropractic in St. Charles County for over 40 years. During this time, I have attended many graduate classes and seminars in related fields including X-ray/Imaging, neurology, orthopedics, nutrition, and conceptology. I am married to a wonderful and supportive wife, Brenda, and between us we have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. I have been a member of the St. Peter's Kiwanis, a community service organization, since 1978.

Meet the Staff


deniseDenise has worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for Dr. Myles for 5 years. During her time off she is involved in missions and children's ministries through her church. Her favorite pastime is learning hula and about the Hawaiian language and culture. Her Hawaiian group shares their dance at local festivals and events as well as hula for praise at area churches. She has 2 sons and 2 grandchildren.


loriHello, my name is Lori. I'm originally from Michigan, and I have been in Missouri for 17 years. I have worked as a Chiropractic Assistant with Dr. Spraul for over 15 years. I am a people person. I enjoy helping others. I have also taken classes in massage therapy. For relaxation I sing, play music, and like to travel.
